Message from the Mayor

My wish is to transform Sebiş in a modern town, comparable with those of the European Union. Towards this objective, together with the Local Council of Sebiş, we have adopted a strategy with three directions of action. The first is to solve the problems with the infrastructure. Second is the economic development by valuing the local potential and attire Romanian and foreign investment. The economic development is related to our third direction, which is to increase the degree of civilization, assurance of new working places and to solve the social problems.

One of the most important issues, for me and the Local Council, is the development of the people’s education, of sports and culture. Those contribute to the education of the youth, increase the degree of civilization, civic education. Life proves that a town without culture and sports is like a meal without salt and pepper.

With my mind set on the future, I consider that, together with the citizens, united in thoughts and facts, with believe in God, we will manage to transform Sebiş in a prosper community with better life conditions.

Together we will easier overpass the present and future issues!
